Hem Check is a qualitative immunochromatographic analysis for the detection of haemoglobin in stools.
Features:
- The method uses a unique combination of a conjugate of monoclonal antibodies-colourant and polyclonal antibodies fixed in solid phase, which permits the selective identification of human haemoglobin.
- Each unit has all that is needed to perform 20/50 tests on samples from 3 different bowel movements of the same patient.
- Sensitivity: 0.04 mg Hb/g of stools - 120 mg Hb/g of stools.
